When you activate your account on page turistbook.com will have to enter a valid e-mail address and password of your choice, and this way you will create your personal account where you can make reservations and changes related to your reservations. If you want to access your account you will need to enter e-mail address and chosen password each time you log into your new account. Can I make a reservation without a credit card? A valid credit card is needed to guarantee the reservation with the hotel. However, you can make a booking using someone else’s card provided you have their permission. If this is the case please mention the card holder’s name, and that they have given permission for you to use their card, in the ‘comments’ box when you make your reservation. How do I know my reservation is confirmed? As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking number , so you can access your confirmation online at ‘My Booking’. Can I pay with bank transfer ? If You wish to pay for Your reservation with bank transfer, You need to pay the required amount within 24 hours from the time of on-line reservation, or time You receive confirmation of availability from our operators. At the same time, the guest is obligated to send Lišanj turist d.o.o. a confirmation of the payment. In contrary, Lišanj turist d.o.o. Is not obligated to carry out the service of the reservation. Lišanj turist d.o.o. is not responsible for outstanding reservations of services caused by not receiving the confirmation within 24 hours (except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Can I cancel or change my reservation through Turistbook.com?
Yes, it’s easy. You can cancel or change your booking via our self-service tool ‘My Booking’. Please, remember to check the hotel’s cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals can have a different cancellation policy.
What is my ID NUMBER code and what do I need it for?
Your ID NUMBER code is the number on your booking confirmation, which allows you to check, change or modify your reservation on ‘My Booking’. On ‘My Booking’ you can view, change or cancel your booking. Please keep your pin code confidential.
Where can I find the hotel’s telephone number and/or email address?
All of the hotel’s details, including telephone and email address, are provided in the online booking confirmation, confirmation email and in My Booking.
How can I see how much a hotel room costs?
Once you have entered the dates of your stay, the rates will be clearly displayed alongside the available room types.
I am entering my credit card details, when will I pay?
When booking is confirmed Turistbook.com will charge your credit card in amount of 30% of overall amount of the reservation. The remaining 70% of the entire reservation will be charged to your credit card 7 days before arrival. If the booking is made within 10 days from the date of arrival your credit card will be charged for the entire reservation amount upon confirmation of the same.
We have children; can we get extra beds/cots in the room?
